Description: The Beaumont Heritage Society will host a Mid-Century Modern Show featuring jewelry, furniture, and accessories from the period. Vendors will display their wares on the grounds of the Chambers House Museum on April 16 and April 17, 2010. A display of classic cars will be on also be on hand.
Frontiers and Fifties
Location: John Jay French Museum (3025 French Road, Beaumont)
Date: Saturday, April 17, 2010, (10:00 am-4:00 pm).
Cost: Free to the public.
Description: In addition to the show at the Chambers House Museum, children’s activities, great food, and period music played by local musicians will be available on the grounds of the John Jay French Museum on Saturday, April 17. Pre-1840’s crafts and skills will be demonstrated by Bevil’s Rangers. Participation in the various activities is welcomed.
